126 Taking the Mark of the Beast

No one has the mark of the beast now! Toward the end of the fifth trumpet just before the sixth trumpet on the 1,040th day of the Great Tribulation Satan, masquerading as God on Earth, demands that everyone be marked with 666 on his right hand or with the devil’s name on their forehead. Once a person accepts the mark of 666 Satan’s demons enter the person’s very being and freedom’s choice is gone forever. The mark of the beast has always created a lot of discussion – particularly since our high tech age began. Debit cards, microchips, bar codes, GPS locators, and the suggestion of national identification cards etc have been the discussion of Bible students for years. But God did not leave the understanding of the ‘mark of the beast’ up to human speculation. The problem with understanding of this subject is the same as many other – unbelief. The Biblical definition of the word ‘mark’ as a tattoo or brand is so absurd that most people do not believe the plain utterances of God’s Word.

127 Warning Against the Mark

The warning of the third angel’s message begins toward the end of the fifth trumpet sometime prior to the death decree ordered by Satan on the 1040th day {Revelation 13:15, Revelation 9:14}. The warning of the third angel’s message is given while the death decree is being passed into law by the leaders of the world {the leopard-like beast}. The death decree is executed with precision just like the death decree in Queen Esther’s day. Satan, masquerading as God on Earth, orders the death of every person refusing to be tattooed with ‘666’ on their right hand. The tattoo shows each person’s loyalty {worship} to Satan. Those who refuse the tattoo or brand of ‘666’ or the name of Satan on their forehead will be easy prey. Also the institution of the ten-day week discussed earlier by Satan will make those that keep the Commandments of God including the seventh day Sabbath stands out like a sore thumb because the saints will always be resting when the rest of the world is working. Prior to the final stages of creating the image of the beast and ordering everyone to be tattooed with ‘666’ on their right hand or forehead the 144,000 servant warn the entire world not to worship the beast or its image or be tattooed with ‘666.’ The servants warn every individual that if they do worship the image and receive the tattoo they will be tormented with burning sulfur.

129 Don't be marked or you'll die eternally

130 Satan the Murderer

Satan, masquerading as the Prince of the host demands the death of all those that refuse to worship him. Jesus sends the saints to their death as a testimony to the truth. I am sure there will be the wicked saying, ‘Let’s see ‘if the God of these holier than thou seventh day Sabbath keepers will save them.’ As they mock and jeer at the dying saints, one here and there will be touched by the Holy Spirit, just like Saul of Tarsus at the stoning of Stephen in Acts 7:51-60. Jesus allows Satan and the religious wicked to ridicule, mock, and kill the saints, casting truth to the ground, to create the greatest contrast between the truth of God and the lies of Satan. This slaughter of millions of saints goes on for two hundred twenty days ending on the 1,260th day of the sixth trumpet {Revelation 11:7}. The great horrible evilness of sin and rebellion is contrasted to the holiness of God’s beautiful law of love, the Ten Commandments. Verse 12 of Daniel 8 is greatly understated because the book of Daniel is like the foundation of a house, it has very little detail. Everyone has made their choice. The religious wicked have chosen Satan as their god, masquerading as the Prince of the host, and hundreds of millions of saints have given their lives for faith in Jesus; thus the intercession of Jesus in the sanctuary of heaven that began in 1844 comes to an end, because there is no one left to forgive and cleanse.

131 Because of rebellion.... the daily [intercession of Jesus] sacrifice [supplied] were given over to it [Satan]

Verse 12 of Daniel 8 is greatly understated because the book of Daniel is like the foundation of a house, it has very little detail. Everyone has made their choice. 132 It [Satan] prospered in everything it did, and truth was thrown to the ground

Satan, masquerading as the Prince of the host demands the death of all those that refuse to worship him. Jesus sends the saints to their death as a testimony to the truth. I am sure there will be the wicked saying, ‘Let’s see ‘if the God of these holier than thou seventh day Sabbath keepers will save them.’ As they mock and jeer at the dying saints, one here and there will be touched by the Holy Spirit, just like Saul of Tarsus at the stoning of Stephen in Acts 7:51-60. 133 The opening of the fifth seal that is the time of the martyrs

Daniel 8:12 occurs on the 1040th day of the Great Tribulation at the opening of the fifth seal that is the time of the martyrs. Satan, the little horn, during the five months of the fifth trumpet, sets up the image of the beast declaring himself as king of kings and lord of lords. Now Satan, masquerading as God on Earth, incites the religious wicked to rebel against God ordering the death of those that keep the commandments of God. The saints are easy to identify because they are not marked with ‘666.’ The saints that keep the commandments of God have been arrested and executed since the appearance of the leopard-like beast on the fiftieth day of the Great Tribulation, but the martyrs of the fifth seal are different than in the past – it is a global slaughter. The opening of the fifth seal is the last ditch effort of Jesus to unmask Satan as a liar and murderer; therefore Satan is released to kill, annihilate, and exterminate, slaughtering everyone without the tattoo of ‘666’ in his right hand. Within the seven months of the fifth seal there are over two billion non-religious wicked killed and hundreds of millions of saints beheaded.

134 Caught in the middle, the time of the Sixth Trumpet

On the 1040th day - there is a Global Civil War. Satan, the king of the north, exalts himself above every god in the entire world, as God on Earth. He then confiscates all the land and wealth of the entire world. Those who acknowledge him are greatly honored and made leaders over many all over the world.   The non-religious wicked that refuse to acknowledge him go to war against Satan, the king of the north, to regain their land and money. Satan with his indestructible demons completely annihilates all of them. The war is in the setting of the Holy Land that is geographically located with sea to the west and the mountains on the right to the east.   Ancient Israel’s enemies of Moab, Ammon, Edom, and Egypt were in the boundaries of attack. The war described is a global war based on the analogy of Jerusalem always being attacked from the north with their enemies in the south.   Therefore there is nowhere to run; the saints all over the world are caught in the middle and hundreds of millions are slaughtered for their testimony to the Word of God. The saints can only be saved by God. The saints globally are just like Jerusalem of old – they are caught in the middle of this war and millions of them are martyred. The saints flee to towns of strangers – of people they don’t know – just like Israel fled from the King of Babylon king in 586 BC to the cities of Ammon and Moab to give testimony to the Word of God. Because of this global war everyone will be talking about the death all around them. This war between good and evil is the talk of the world – nothing else is talked about. Some of the saints are spared, but others give testimony to the Word of God at the cost of their lives.

Revelation 20:4 ‘And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on their foreheads or their hands.’

Jesus releases Satan to kill one-third of the remaining mankind with the saints mixed among them – about two billion people. The saints are caught in the middle of this war to seal their testimony written in their own blood. The testimony of the saints pull on the heart strings of a few that listen; the Holy Spirit brings conviction and a few repent and are saved in the last few hours of Earth’s history. The death of the saints serves several purposes. The saints know they are being tested for their faithfulness, but they have witnessed the horrible evilness of sin and hate; thus they would rather die than sin because of their love for Jesus. The testimony of the saints wins souls for Jesus, and the death of the saints is a witness to the entire universe that they are loyal citizens to the kingdom of God. The tribulation of sorrow and death finishes the judgment of the world, because every person is forced to either worship the devil or God.

135 After the War of the North and South is over some Saints are Martyred and some Scattered

137 The King of the North is Satan with his armies of demons and the religious wicked of the entire world

138 Satan's Image, Worship or Die

Revelation 13:15 He [Satan] was given power to give breath [power] to the image of the first beast [leopard-like beast], so that it could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed.

Satan’s death decree begins on the 1040th day of the Tribulation. Everyone that does not have the tattoo of ‘666’ in their right hand or the name of Satan tattooed in their forehead is going to be killed if it is all possible.

Satan hates God with such malice that it is beyond human comprehension. Satan’s hatred for God is so great that if it were possible he would kill God himself and end all life in the universe. All the lives on millions of other worlds would come to an end. There would be absolute nothingness, which humans are incapable of understanding.

Because Satan cannot kill God, it is his purpose to hurt Him as much as possible by killing the saints that reflect His image. But Satan is not just satisfied in killing as many people as possible – he cause man, ‘the image of God,’ to reflect Satan’s image. And to make it even worse Satan causes mankind ‘God’s image,’ to reflect the image of Satan by man’s own free will. That’s right, people choose to become like the devil himself! Satan causes ‘man’ who was created in the image of God to reflect the ‘image’ of the devil himself that is a liar and murderer. This probably the worst possible thing that Satan can do to hurt God.

God created Adam and Eve in His image to reflect all His goodness. God even gave man the ability to create by having children that would reflect their parent’s image and see the image of God in every child. Each person would reflect a different aspect of God’s altogether lovely character as a living revelation of God’s goodness.

139 Reality View - The Entire World Worships the Devil

After the five months of the fifth trumpet Jesus removes the supernatural hold He put on death to protect the unsealed non-religious wicked from death. Now on the 1040th day Satan calls fire down from Heaven killing millions of people that refused the mark of the beast {666} and refused to accept Jesus as their personal Savior. During this global war the saints are caught in the middle just like Jerusalem was caught between the North and South by its geographical location. Jesus uses this blood bath as His last ditch effort to unmask Satan, masquerading as God. This time period is the opening of the fifth seal. Jesus uses the death of the saints to pull on the hearts strings of those that are still in the valley of decision, and this martyrdom is also used as a final test to show the loyalty of the saints. The saints trust Jesus with their very lives, and they would rather die than dishonor Jesus. Jesus uses the death decree in Revelation 13:15 {the fifth seal} to force everyone to either worship the devil or God. The outrageous demand of Satan forcing everyone to be tattooed with ‘666’ in their right hand completely unmasks ‘the deceiver’ as the devil himself. But over two billion people accept the ‘mark.’ Some accept the mark out of fear and others because they are willingly deceived, but many just hate the truth.

The hate that Satan and the religious wicked show towards the truth and the global slaughter of nearly two billion people, with millions of saints martyred for the Word of God, is the last ditch effort of Jesus to unmask Satan to save those that are lost. If Jesus did anything during the time of the sixth trumpet to convince
two billion non-religious wicked that He loves them, He would be guilty of violating their free will, and this He will never do.

2 Thessalonians 2:11-13 For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion [Satan masquerading as God] so they will believe the lie and so all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness [willful deception]. But we [saints] ought always to thank God for you, brothers loved by the Lord, because from the beginning God chose you to be saved through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief in the truth.

140 Counterfeit Wrath of God, the Sixth Trumpet

The release of the four angels bound at the great river Euphrates means that the devil is clearly limited by Christ’s higher authority. Jesus limits the devil’s destruction to one-third of mankind. Have you ever wondered why the great river Euphrates is used in this passage? Actually, the imagery is simple. The great river Euphrates formed Israel’s northern boundary in ancient times. The great river was a natural barrier, keeping advancing armies from the north out of Israel’s northern territory. When the sixth trumpet sounds, the barrier that had been protecting the world from Lucifer’s destruction will be removed and Lucifer’s four angels will be released to sweep down ‘out of the north’ to destroy their limit without impediment. (Daniel 11:40)

“And the four angels [four demons] who had been kept ready for this very hour and day and month were released to kill a third of mankind [the timing of the sixth trumpet was determined long ago]. (Revelation 9:15, insertion mine)

141 The Analogy of Global Death by Four Angels North, South, East, and West at the Euphrates River

142 Two Hundred Million War Horses Lead by the Lion King of Beast with Followers as Seductive & Poisonous as Snakes that Kill with Fire and Brimstone

At the sixth trumpet Jesus releases the supernatural hold on death.  Satan is sent as a destroyer to kill the unsealed non-religious wicked that refused to submit to the authority of either Satan or God during the fifth trumpet. The non-religious wicked are worshiping Satan by refusing to worship God by keeping His commandments. But when Satan physically appears he orders the worship of the image of the beast on penalty of death. Satan is a dictator and the non-religious wicked refuse.

Satan, masquerading as God on Earth, counterfeits the wrath of God by killing two billion of the non-religious wicked with fire, smoke, and sulfur {Revelation 9:18}. Satan appears to make fools of the 144,000 servants of God. The 144,000 warned everyone that received the mark of the beast and worshiped its image that they would be tormented with fire and burning sulfur, but now the no-religious wicked that refused the mark are killed with burning sulfur, and the saints are beheaded by the hundreds of millions that refused the mark. When Jesus was killed by the Pharisees {religious wicked} it appeared to be a victory for the Jewish leaders, but timing is everything.

The religious wicked are part of the ‘tail’ of the dragon that believes they are serving God by killing saints and the prophets all over the world; the demons are the other part of the ‘tail’ {Revelation 9:19, 12:4}. The tail of any animal follows the head. The death of the saints and prophets during the sixth trumpet is the last ditch effort of Jesus to save the wicked by the testimony of the saints to the Word of God that is written in their own blood.

The Holy Spirit brings such conviction that it torments both the non-religious wicked with righteousness and truth. A few repent of their sins, and are saved during the last few hours of Earth’s history. The slaughter of the sixth trumpet ends on the 1,260th day of the Tribulation leaving two groups of people left in the world: the religious wicked are tattooed with ‘666’ and the saints that survived the slaughter of the fifth seal are sealed with eternal life.

On the 1,260th day the convicting power of the Holy Spirit is dead to the world – the Holy Spirit is blasphemed. The audible testimony of the two witnesses has been silenced by the death of God’s prophets, the 144,000; thus the cleansing of the sanctuary is finished and the judgment of the world is over. Every person has either been given eternal death or eternal life.

143 A third of mankind was killed by the three plagues of fire, smoke and sulfur that came out of their mouths

144 The slaughter of the sixth trumpet creates a vortex that reduces the population of the world into two groups

145 He [Satan] will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God's temple, proclaiming himself to be God

146 The Torment of the Two Witnesses

Revelation 11:3-7 And I will give power to my two witnesses [God’s Law & the Holy Spirit], and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, clothed in sackcloth… Now when they have finished their testimony [the 144,000], the beast [Satan] that comes up from the Abyss will attack them, and overpower and kill them [the 144,000].

On the first day of the Great Tribulation Jesus began the judgment of the living starting with the professed worshipers of God all over the world {Revelation 11:1}.  Jesus gives the saints into the hands of the wicked to test the sincerity of the saints before sealing them, and so they can give testimony of the truth to the Gentiles {Revelation 13:5 & 7, Revelation 20:4}. By the 890th day of the Great Tribulation the work of the Two Witnesses testifying through the voices of the 144,000 servants have stalled. There are very few listening and accepting the gospel of the first angel’s message anymore. It has been nearly three years since the global destruction of the first four trumpets; thus the shock of the world coming to an end has worn off.

Therefore Jesus releases Satan form the prison of the Abyss on the 890th day to send the wicked their god. And at the same time the Holy Spirit illuminates the entire Earth with such great light that Satan flies into a rage because he is unmasked. The religious wicked are seen as teaching the doctrines of devils. Satan in his rage demands the death of all those refusing to worship him as God because he is being exposed as a fraud. The religious leaders are filled with satanic fury like the Pharisees that stoned Stephen.

147 Party Time & the Special Resurrection

Revelation 11:10 The inhabitants of the earth will gloat over them and will celebrate by sending each other gifts, because these two prophets had tormented those who live on the earth.

After Jesus finished the judgment of the world on the 1,260th day of the Great Tribulation there are only seventy-five days left until the Second Coming of Jesus. On the 1,261st day the wicked throw a party and gloat over the ones they have murdered. They celebrate the deaths of the 144,000 by sending gifts to one another. The wicked were tormented by the messages of the 144,000 servant – prophets of God and the conviction of the Holy Spirit – they are temporarily happy and eternally dead in their sins.

Three and a half days later at mid-day on the 1,264th day Jesus resurrects his servant – prophets. The wicked from all over the world are horrified as they see the prophets of God stand on their feet.  Then a loud voice comes from heaven saying, ‘Come up here. And they went up to heaven in a cloud, while their enemies looked on.’ Just as the entire world gloated over the dead bodies of the 144,000 and threw a party to celebrate their deaths, now the entire world witnesses the special resurrection of God’s servants; then they watch them ascend into heaven. Next a severe earthquake destroys a tenth of Babylon’s cities and kills seven thousand men. The severe earthquake is also terrifying to the saints that are scattered all over the Earth, but the special resurrection greatly strengthens their faith in Jesus; thus they give glory to God. The saints still have seventy days left on Earth before Jesus saves them.

148 But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin

The blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is not pardonable because the wicked have gone too far; the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is unpardonable because there is nothing more God can do to save the wicked without violating their free will.

Those who reject the law of God and the prompting of the Holy Spirit will become more rebellious and hard hearted as time passes. Eventually, everyone in this crowd will commit the unpardonable sin. God’s plumb line will measure their rebellion and the Holy Spirit will confirm the blasphemy of each person.  To save their possessions and themselves from death, the wicked will eventually submit to the wearing of the mark of the beast – a tattoo which Lucifer will impose on mankind during the sixth trumpet.  After everyone has been sealed or tattooed, the judgment of the living will come to an end and the influence of the Two Witnesses will disappear. Their work and influence is finished.  “Now when they have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up from the Abyss [Lucifer] will attack them, and overpower and kill them… The inhabitants of the earth will gloat over them and will celebrate by sending each other gifts, because these two prophets had tormented those who live on the earth.” (Revelation 11:7, 10, italics and insertion mine)

149 But after three and a half days [1,264th day] a breath of life from God entered them [144,000] and they stood on their feet and terror struck those who saw them

Revelation 11:10 The inhabitants of the earth will gloat over them and will celebrate by sending each other gifts, because these two prophets had tormented those who live on the earth.

150 Glory to God the 144,000 are resurrected right before the eyes of the wicked that murdered them them three and half days prior
