Conclusion
Revelation
3:10 tells us that it will be a time when all the
world will be tested. How do we prepare for a
test? We prepare both physically and mentally. We
gather pen, paper, and necessary items required
for the test, and then we study the material so
that we will know what will be included on the
test. In the same way, we should prepare for the
Great tribulation to get spiritually and mentally
prepared by studying the Bible to see what God
has to say about the trouble ahead foretold
through His prophets.
Will
you be ready to have your faith shaken both
literally and spiritually? Dont wait until
its; too late. Study for the coming final exam!!!
Not
only does the Bible confirm these are the final
days, but notice the secular reasons:
Jewish
Calendar
The
Jewish calendar is a record of the year of the
world since the time of Genesis, when the world
was void and formless. Therefore, it should tell
us the number of years that have transpired in
this cycle of civilization and how close we are
to the end of its first 6,000 years. According to
this calendar, the beginning of the year 2003 is
the year 5763. However, there has been proven by
some sources that there are 235-240 years
missing. (There is a difference of opinion on how
to interpret the Biblical record for the time the
Israelites spent in Egypt) If this were so, then
2003 would be year 5,998.
The Mayan
Calendar
The
first Age began with the creation of the Earth,
and it had upon it vegetation and living beings.
Unfortunately, because they lacked speech, the
birds and animals were unable to pay homage to
the gods and were destroyed. In the second and
Third Ages the gods created humans of mud and
then wood, but these also failed to please and
they were wiped out. We are currently in the
Fourth and Final Age, the age of modern, fully
functional human. It is possible that these Ages
referred to evolutionary change? If they did,
then what might occur when the current age
finishes on December 21, 2012?
The
seven progressing problems in the United States
are the economy, war, immigration, Health Care,
Social Security, Environment, and infrastructures
are doomed to the point that no amount of money
can repair them. Consider seven more progressing
problems within our society of pornography, drug
addition, sexual immorality, divorce,
unemployment, financial crisis and terrorism. The
seven progressive problems in the world of food
and water shortages, oil and energy costs,
religious and ethnic hatred, earth violence
(earthquakes, volcanoes, hurricanes);
inner-twined banks, mortgages and debt;
non-existent or unaffordable healthcare, and
over-population indicate an imminent implosion.
World population increases (Net) by 9,000 per HOUR,
so in three short years (2012) there will
be seven billion people on this planet. All
sources indicate there are not enough resources
to feed and support seven billion people. To
think these problems can be solved or reformed is
like arranging deck chairs on the Titanic.
The seven progressing problems of
America and the world provide us with evidence of
impending doom, however the seven BIBLICAL reasons
provide us with enough evidence to suggest an
overwhelming conclusion that we are living in the
final days of the earth.
