Revelation 19:12   His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself.

[Do you remember in Revelation 2:17 the words of Jesus? “He who has an ear let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, I will give some of the hidden manna. I will also give him a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to him who receives it.” Jesus already has His secret name. It is a name, which the Father gave Him, and this name contains His purpose and place in God’s universe. Every saint and this name contain a secret name because every saint is as dear to the Father as is Jesus. Can you comprehend such love?]

Revelation 19:13   He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God.

Revelation 19:14   The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean.

Revelation 19:15   Out of his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. “He will rule with an iron scepter.” He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty.

Revelation 19:16   On his robe and on his thigh he has a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

Revelation 19:17   And I saw an angel standing in the sun, who cried in a loud voice to all the birds flying in midair, “Come, gather together for the great supper of God,

Revelation 19:18   so that you may eat the flesh of kings, generals, and mighty men, of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, small and great.”

Revelation 19:19   Then I saw the [composite] beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to make war against the rider on the horse and his army. [Armageddon]

Revelation 19:20   But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet [Lucifer] who had performed the miraculous signs on his behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped his image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur.

Revelation 19:21   The rest of them were killed with the sword that came out of the mouth of the rider on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh.

Consider this: A fiery lake of burning sulfur is ignited at the Second Coming, which will burn for 1,000 years. The physical bodies which the devil and his angels used will be thrown into this fire and burned up, but the devil and his angels are not harmed – just their bodies. These will be put back into the abyss.

Those that were part of the great prostitute, that is, they were part of its administration, they too, will be thrown into this lake of fire and burned up.

The rest of the wicked will be killed by a command that comes from Jesus’ mouth.

And the vultures are looking over their next meal, the saints will depart this ruined planet for their heavenly home which Jesus has prepared for them.

What a day that will be!

If time permits: What did God do?

When standards of decency are abandoned, when integrity and honesty are less important than gaining money, when sexual immorality becomes entertainment, when lust displaces love, when laziness overcomes discipline and diligence, when indulgence and entitlement displaces responsibility and accountability, when hatred and violence cannot be contained, when parents fall to teach their children respect for God and authority, when children find no reason to respect the integrity of their parents, what did God do in Noah’s day ?

Genesis 6:5   The Lord saw how great man’s wickedness on the earth had become, and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time.

Genesis 6:6   The Lord was grieved that he had made man on the earth, and his heart was filled with pain.

Genesis 6:7   So the Lord said, “I will wipe mankind, whom I have created, from the face of the earth—men and animals, and creatures that move along the ground, and the birds of the air—for I am grieved that I have made them.”

Note:   After completing the December 2007 video presentation I discovered an error in my thinking that affects the October 2007 broadcast. This error does not affect the story of my understanding of Revelation in any way. Here’s the problem: For the past 21 years, I thought Prophecy 9 ended in Revelation 18:8 and the remainder of chapter 18 was a commentary on the fall of Babylon.  You any recall that all of chapter 17 is commentary on previously described matter, so it is not unusual for commentary to be found between prophesies. This is particularly true in the book of Daniel. However, after examining this prophecy more closely, I now believe that Rule One forces Revelation’s ninth prophecy to cover Revelation 18:1-19:10. The net effect is that the implosion of the Great Prostitute during the fifth through seven bowls is told from two perspectives. Those who participated in her profits mourn (the wicked kings and merchants on Earth) and those who suffered from her wrath rejoice in Heaven (the 144,000).  As I said, this adjustment has no effect on the Revelation’s story other than making this prophecy clearer in meaning. I hope the reader will understand that this correction represents an ongoing endeavor on my part to carefully conform my methods of interpretation to the four rules that govern interpretation. In case you don’t remember, Rule One states, “Each apocalyptic prophecy has a beginning and an ending point in time. Events in the prophecy happen in the order given.”
