Trinity or Godhead
Three beings in 1 God

Here is the best way that
I can explain to you the trinity, by giving
examples of each one:
Here is the concept from
the KJV, NIV AND KJV STUDY BIBLE:
Three Gods rule over the
Universe, The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Each
God is separate and distinct in His own right.
They have the same authority, power and ability,
but they function in different roles according to
a mutual agreement between themselves. The role
of the Father is universal focus. He is the
object of worship and the Supreme Ruler of the
Universe. (The out front position of
the Father also makes Him the focus of litigation
should a contest over governance arise.) The role
of the Son is too live among the created beings
as one of them, to faithfully instruct and
demonstrate Gods love to all beings. The
role of the Holy Spirit is to live within the
soul of each created being, making intimate
communion between God and creature simultaneously
available to everyone everywhere
anytime. This concept of the trinity is right
here in the Scriptures and establishes that God
is above us (the Father), beside us (the Son) and
within us (the Holy Spirit). My prayer is that
you will study these verses with the Holy
Spirits guidance.
Father
The Majesty of the Entire Universe:
As I looked,
thrones were set in place and the Ancient
of Days took his seat. (Daniel 7:9)
In my vision at
night I looked, and there before me was one like
a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven.
He approached the Ancient of Days and was led
into His presence. (Daniel 7:13)
Until the
Ancient of Days came and pronounced judgment in
favor of the saints of the Most High. (Daniel
7:22)
In the same way,
let your light shine before men, that they may
see your good deeds and praise your Father in
heaven. (Matthew 5:16)
This then, is how
you should pray: Our Father in heaven
hallowed be thy name, your kingdom come, your
will be done on earth as it is ion heaven. Give
us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us
not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil
one. (Matthew 6: 9-13)
Not everyone who
says to me, Lord, Lord, will enter
the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the
will of my Father who is in heaven.
(Matthew 7:21)
At this time Jesus
said, I praise you Father, Lord of heaven
and earth, because you have hidden these things
from the wise and learned, and revealed them to
little children. Yes, Father, for this was your
good pleasure. All things have been committed to
me by the Father. No one knows the Son except the
Father, and no one knows the Father except the
Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal
him. (Matthew 11:25-27)
If anyone is
ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and
sinful generation, the Son of Man will be ashamed
of him when he comes in his Fathers glory
with the holy angels. (Mark 8: 38)
Abba, Father,
he said, everything is possible for you.
Take this cup from me. Yet not as I will, but
what you will. (Mark 14: 36)
Why were you
searching for me? he asked.
Didnt you know I had been in my
Fathers house? (Luke 2:49)
Father, into your
hands I commit my spirit. (Luke 23:46)
I am going to send
you what the Father has promised; but stay in the
city until you have been clothed with power from
on high. (Luke 24:49)
To those who sold
doves he said, Get these out of here! How
dare you turn my fathers house into a
market! (Mark 2:16)
Jesus said unto
them, My Father is always at his work to
this very day, and I too, am working. (Mark
5:17)
Just as the Father
knows me and I know the Father-and I lay down my
life for the sheep. (Mark 10:15)
In my Fathers
house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would
have told you. I go to prepare a place for you, I
will come back and take you to be where I
am. (Mark 14: 2)
After Jesus said
this, he looked toward heaven and prayed:
Father, the time has come. Glorify your
Son, that the Son may glorify you. (John
17:1)
Therefore since we
are Gods offspring, we should not think
that the divine being is like gold or silver or
stone-an image made by mans design and
skill. (Acts 17:29)
For since the
creation of the world Gods invisible
qualities-his eternal power and divine
nature-have been clearly seen, being understood
from what has been made, so that men are without
excuse. (Romans 1:20)
For you did not
receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to
fear, but you received the Spirit of son-ship.
And by him we cry, Abba, Father.
(Romans 8:15)
Praise be to the
God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the
father of compassion and the God of all
comfort. (II Corinthians 1:3)
Because you are
sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our
hearts, the Spirit who calls out, Abba,
Father. (Galatians 4:6)
For this reason I
kneel before the Father, from whom his whole
family in heaven and on earth derives its
name. (Ephesians 3:14)
And every tongue
confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory
of God the Father. (Philippians 2:11)
For in Christ all
the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily
form. (Colossians 2:9)
It is better, if it
is Gods will, to suffer for doing good than
doing evil. (I Peter 3:17)
Anyone who runs
ahead and does not continue in the teaching of
Christ does not have God; whoever continues in
the teaching has both the Father and the
Son. (II John 1:9)
To those who have
been called, who are loved by God the Father and
kept by Jesus Christ. (Jude 1:1)
To him who
overcomes, I will give the right to sit with me
on my throne, just as I overcame and sat down
with my Father on his throne. (Revelation
3:21)
Then I looked, and
there before me was the Lamb, standing on Mount
Zion, and with him 144,000 who had his name and
his Fathers name written on their
foreheads. (Revelation 14:1)
